Very spacious room. Strong hair dryer in the bathroom, enough shelves and hooks, loved the jacuzzi in the bathroom. Includes all necessities, with a big mirror. Has a small terrace for morning coffee. Quiet area, clean air. Staff is very friendly and helpful, caring.

The location is great if you’re going skiing or if you want to enjoy a bit of the mountains away from the city, but if you want to stay in the city then this hotel is a bit out of the way. We wanted to stay in the mountains so it was perfect for us. We paid extra for the room with a Mountain View and it was well worth it. We split with the terrace door open and fell asleep to the running stream next to the hotel. The breakfast was also incredible with a variety of breads, meat, cheeses, juices, and fruits. We even got to order omelets from the kitchen. The dinner was also incredible. Highly recommend the gastronomic menu.

Everything was exceptional, the location, the room and the view. Very near to Andorra Villa but also to the surrounding mountains. The hotel also has a restaurant which offered fantastic food and value for the money that you pay. I cannot wait to visit again!

Lovely hotel with really friendly staff Located a bit off Massana town centre so you do need a car/bus During summer would be amazing to have a pool but there are pools accessible in town Restaurant is really good too

The hotel is in a really stunning location. It was nice to stay outside of Andorra la Vella, as the scenery in and around the hotel was excellent. One of us stayed in a suite, and this was such a beautiful room with views of the waterfall. The staff were so helpful and nice.

# ICE-COLD AC in my room, WOW! # Amazing reception staff!! # very good mattress in my room. ( at least I loved it) # usable and good ( Superior ) room size for 1 Person with a nice garden view. And one more thing: Car parking = € 15,-- / 24 H. If you think this is expensive, try the ample free spaces near the hotel. Unless you have an SUV with small rims, you'd better avoid them....

Top location. Free park a 20 meters hotel. Clean. Excellent Wi-Fi. Normal breakfast. Quiet! Confortable! Excellent staff. Top tv screen. Full recommended hotel Value for money. Parking if need you can put inside hotel for a few. But no need. Supermarket a 2 minutes distance by car. Minibar on the room. You can make your tea and coffee in the room.

Very helpful and friendly personnel. Quiet location even though the hotel is situated by road. Spacious parking. Room (including bathroom) was clean, public areas too.

We liked the location, the treatment of the staff in evrey request ( especially grasiella). The resturant was great, the gym was good and a lot of space around the hotel. My son liked to sit in the bar . The brd was giant and the room was nice and wide. There was safety deposite and littel porch.
